Terms & Conditions

1.Services & Appointments

• All tattoo sessions require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the artist’s discretion.
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to artist availability.

2.Payments

• We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved payment plan providers.
• Full payment must be completed before leaving the shop.

3.Age Restrictions

• You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued ID is required.

4.Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a tattoo may compromise your health.

5.Artwork & Copyright

• All artwork created by Spinner Ink Tattoos remains the intellectual property of the artist.
• Designs may not be copied, replicated, or reproduced without written consent.

6.Aftercare

• Proper tattoo aftercare is the client’s responsibility. Spinner Ink Tattoos is not liable for issues arising from failure to follow provided aftercare instructions.

7.Liability Waiver

• By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of tattooing, including but not limited to allergic reactions, scarring, and infection.
• Spinner Ink Tattoos and its artists are not responsible for complications arising after the service.

8.Refunds

• No refunds on completed tattoos.
• Touch-ups may be provided at the artist’s discretion, subject to shop policy.

9.Shop Conduct

• We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of service.

 10.Modifications

• Spinner Ink Tattoos reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
